What is PresButan?
Well, it's a really simple daemon program that lets you use return and/or enter to open icons in the Finder, and also use the delete or forward delete keys to delete items.
Important note! In order for PresButan to work in macOS 10.9 and later, you must open System Preferences > Security & Privacy, pick the "Privacy" tab, select "Accessibility", and then drag PresButan.app into the list of apps that are allowed to control your computer.
